Cricket Wireless wanted to pivot its broadcast TV away from its iconic cartoon characters and more toward something people could identify with—real people.

These 15s spots are the first commercials in this vein. They show viewers in a light-hearted way how Cricket fixes wireless headaches.

Tori McGoogan and I were one of the teams briefed—we wrote the museum spot and the laundromat spot. Brian Vandeputte jumped in and helped with final edits and production of all the spots. All this happened under the guidance of Lane Karczewski, Max Hendren, and David Kim at Argonaut.
